As might be expected, big changes are in the works at Coty, Inc. The beauty company has announced a new organizational structure and its future leadership team based on the completion of Coty’s deal with P&G.

Coty’s new organizational structure will be category focused, and divided into three divisions: Coty Luxury Division (fragrances and skin care); Coty Consumer Beauty Division (color cosmetics, retail hair coloring and styling products and body care); and Coty Professional Beauty Division (salon hair and nail care).

Coty plans to relocate its executive management offices to London, but the company will continue to be incorporated in Delaware and traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

The new international Coty leadership team, which will continue with Bart Becht as chairman and interim chief executive officer, includes some high-powered P&G beauty executives and others from outside the firm.
